Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use dis.ad.
Advertisers are responsible for rights to their materials. Publishers must have verified server management permissions and deliver the agreed order terms.
Price, duration and requirements are frozen when the order is created. Later format changes do not alter these terms.
Payments. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars or Russian rubles. Dollar card payments are processed by Stripe; the card processing fee shown before you pay is added to the top-up. Topped-up money pays for advertising and cannot be withdrawn; earnings from your own servers can be withdrawn on the payout terms shown in the dashboard.
Holding and release. dis.ad holds the advertiser’s payment until the placement is confirmed, then releases it to the server owner. If a placement is not delivered as agreed, the money goes back under the refund policy.
Disputes and chargebacks. Disputes are reviewed against order history and available evidence. Please contact support before disputing a card payment with your bank — most issues are settled with a refund. A chargeback on money already spent on delivered placements may lead to the account being suspended.
Account suspension and order cancellation. Any attempt to advertise or distribute phishing, malware, scams, credential theft or fraudulent links results in an immediate permanent account ban. All active and scheduled orders and campaigns are canceled immediately, and the remaining wallet balance is non-refundable.
Self-orders that inflate statistics and review manipulation are prohibited.
Liability. dis.ad is a marketplace: the server owner delivers the placement, and dis.ad does not guarantee clicks, sales or any other result of an ad. To the extent permitted by law, dis.ad’s liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe an ad, a server page or other content on dis.ad infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@dis.ad with: your name and contact details; the work you say is infringed; the exact link to the material on dis.ad; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable the material and tell the person who posted it. They may send a counter-notice with the same details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of a court where they live; we then restore the material in 10–14 business days unless you tell us you have filed a court action. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
Governing law and disputes. Please contact support first — most issues are settled within days. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is registered (the Russian Federation). This choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country or U.S. state where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there where those laws allow it.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published. Last updated: 17 October 2026.
