The operator of dis.ad (the Operator) processes the data of dis.ad users on the terms below. The Operator can be reached at the email address given under “Company details and contacts”.
What is processed. At sign-in through Discord: the account identifier, username, avatar and email address if it is exposed in the profile. While using the service: connected servers and channels, orders, payments and payouts, support correspondence, and technical request data — IP address, browser type and request time.
Why. The data is processed to give access to the dashboard, deliver and settle orders, show statistics, protect the service from fraud and inflated numbers, and meet legal obligations, primarily tax and accounting ones.
Email. The email address from your Discord profile is used for service letters about your orders, payments, payouts and disputes, and for replies from support. Promo-code letters sometimes go to past buyers who have not ordered for a long time; you can unsubscribe with the link in any letter. Service letters can be turned off in the dashboard notification settings or with the “Unsubscribe” link in any letter.
Legal bases. Performance of the agreement (the public offer), the consent given at registration, and statutory requirements. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to the support email; processing then stops except where the law requires retention.
Data about Discord members. The service does not collect member conversations and does not profile them. Identifiers of newly joined members are used at the moment a welcome message is sent and are not stored — only a delivery counter remains. Public server statistics — member and online counts — come from the Discord API and are kept as aggregate snapshots.
Payments. The Operator never receives or stores card details. They are processed by the payment provider handling the transaction, which is a separate controller of that data.
Who receives data. Discord — at sign-in and for the bot to work; payment providers — for top-ups and payouts; notification services (Telegram, Discord) and the Resend email service — for order messages; the hosting provider running the site; and the analytics services listed below. Data is never sold and never passed to data brokers.
Analytics. dis.ad pages use Google Analytics (Google LLC), Yandex Metrica with session replay (Yandex LLC) and Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.). They receive the page address, the referrer, browser and device data and an approximate location derived from the IP address; Google Analytics and Metrica set their own cookies, and Metrica’s session replay records actions on the page: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and the text shown on it. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can switch these services off on the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page (dis.ad/en/legal/privacy-choices), and they are not loaded at all when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Retention. Account data is kept while the account exists. Orders, payments and payouts are kept for the period the law prescribes for accounting and tax records. Technical logs are kept for no longer than 12 months.
Security. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and session tokens are stored as hashes. The database is not reachable from the internet and the site is served over TLS.
Your rights. You may ask what data about you has been processed, correct it, restrict processing or delete your account. Send the request by email from the address or Discord account linked to your profile. You will get an answer within 30 days.
Cookies. The site sets cookies to keep you signed in, to protect requests against forgery and to remember your language. The chosen theme is kept in the browser and in your account settings. Page views set a visitor identifier (disad_vid) which, together with the page address, the referrer and UTM tags, is used for statistics. Opening an invite link keeps the inviter’s code (disad_ref) for 90 days, and voting for servers uses the disad_voter cookie. Following an ad link sets a short-lived disad_mkt_redirect cookie for two minutes, so one visit is not counted twice. You can block cookies in the browser, but then the dashboard will not work.
Your U.S. state privacy rights (California and other states). In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (Discord account ID, username, email address, IP address); commercial information (orders, top-ups, payouts); and internet activity on dis.ad (pages opened and clicks on ad links we serve). They come from you, from Discord when you sign in, and from payment providers, and are used only for the purposes above.
We do not sell personal information for money and do not use it for our own cross-context behavioral advertising. The analytics services named above may count as “sharing” under some state laws. You can opt out of that on the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page linked in the footer of every page; a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated as the same opt-out, and those services are then not loaded. We do not collect sensitive personal information: card details go straight to the payment provider.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a similar law, you may ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it or to delete it, and you may appeal if we refuse. Write to the support email from the address or Discord account linked to your profile; an authorized agent may write for you with your signed permission. We answer within 45 days and never treat you differently for using these rights.
Children. dis.ad is not meant for children under 13, and Discord does not allow accounts under 13. If we learn that we hold data of a child under 13, we delete it.
Where data is processed. Your data may be processed outside your country, including outside the United States, by the Operator and the providers named above.
