Public offer
for advertising placement services on dis.ad
1. General
This offer is a proposal by the Contractor (the operator of the dis.ad service) to enter into a service agreement on the terms below with any person (the Customer).
The offer is accepted by topping up a balance on dis.ad or paying for an order. The agreement is concluded from that moment.
2. Subject
The Contractor arranges the placement of the Customer’s advertising on Discord servers listed in the dis.ad catalog.
Formats: an ad message kept on the server for 3, 7 or 30 days with an @here or @everyone mention, and an ad in the server’s welcome message. What each format includes is shown on its card on the server page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each server page in rubles or US dollars. Prices are fixed and include the service commission. An order’s price is frozen when it is placed.
Orders are paid from the Customer’s balance. Rubles are topped up via lava.ru (SBP, card, Lava wallet); dollars by bank card through Stripe; both can also be topped up with crypto (Heleket, @CryptoBot). Ruble and dollar balances are separate; money can be swapped between them in the built-in exchange at the market rate with a fixed spread of 5 ₽ per dollar. Exchanged money can only be spent on advertising.
4. How the service is delivered
The service is delivered online; nothing is shipped.
After payment the order goes to the server owner, who accepts or declines it within 2 days (48 hours). The ad is published within the period the Customer chose.
The service automatically verifies that the ad is published and stays up for the whole paid term. Order status and a link to the post are available in the Customer’s dashboard; notifications arrive in Discord and Telegram.
The service is delivered when the paid term ends. If the Customer opens no dispute within 3 days after that, the placement is accepted.
5. Refunds
If the server owner declines the order or does not answer within 2 days (48 hours), the full price returns to the Customer’s balance.
If the ad is removed early, the unserved part of the term is refunded. Disputed cases are reviewed against the order history.
A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours after a breach of the order terms and is reviewed within 24 hours after support receives it.
Once approved, an unused balance is returned to the original payment method within 72 hours. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to credit it.

6. Advertising requirements
Malware, phishing, scams and illegal goods or services are prohibited. Materials are checked before publication; the Contractor may refuse a placement with a full refund.
The Customer is responsible for the content and for the rights to the materials used.
7. Personal data
By accepting this offer the Customer agrees to the processing of their data under the data-processing policy published on the site.
Processed data: Discord account identifier and public profile details, email address if given, order and payment records, and technical request data. The purpose is performing the agreement, support and meeting legal obligations.
The Contractor never receives or stores card details; they are processed by the payment provider.
The Customer may request deletion of their data by writing to the support email. Records the law requires to be kept — settlement records, for example — are retained for the statutory period.
8. Other terms
The Contractor is not affiliated with Discord Inc. and is not responsible for decisions of Discord’s administration.

Disputes are settled by negotiation through support and, failing that, under the laws of the Russian Federation.
